Ashtanga yoga, often referred to as moving meditation, combines the practice of deep breathing and moving through the asana and vinyasa into a unique choreography which promotes general well-being, facilitates the process of stilling the mind and helps to experience general strength and opening of the body.

Hatha Yoga
For this eight week journey at W-Social, Mrudul would like to invite all of you who wish to deepen your knowledge and practice of Hatha Yoga. This program offers a comprehensive means to experience holistic wellness. Participants will learn muscular alignment and correct breathing patterns to enhance flexibility during Asana practice.
Through the introduction of a unique yoga philosophy, participants can develop a deeper understanding of their yoga practice with a new perspective.
